The full fee schedule for your allocation is shared in writing before you invest, and nothing is charged until you have agreed to it.
How will I know what I am paying?
We send a written fee schedule for your chosen products and tier before you invest. After that, every charge appears on its own line in your reports.
Are network and gas costs included?
Network costs are listed separately in your fee schedule so you can see them clearly. Because we pool transactions across clients, those costs are shared rather than paid by you alone.
How do withdrawals work?
Flexible products can be redeemed whenever you ask, subject to any unbonding rules set by the underlying network. Fixed term products and vaults are released at the end of their stated term.
Is there a charge for withdrawing?
Any withdrawal charge is set out in your written fee schedule before you invest. If a product has none, the schedule says so.
Where are my assets held?
Most client assets are held in cold storage, with movements needing approval from more than one member of our custody team. Your reports show which wallets, validators and protocols hold your money.
Do you help with tax reporting?
Your reports include the transaction records you need for HMRC, and Premier clients receive an annual tax summary. We do not give tax advice, so please speak to an accountant about your own position.
